30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return:
Email us at info@soysals.be with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us right away. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping needed.

Non-Returnable Items:
Items returned after 30 days or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
